Purchase Orders:
A Purchase Order number must be issued with each course registration. A person will not be deemed registered on a course until the Purchase Order is received
Class Cancellation Policy:
We reserve the right to cancel any class up to 3 business days prior to the start of the class. If this occurs youwill receive a full refund.
Student Cancellation Policy:
Students may change or cancel their registration up to 11 business days in advance of the start of a class for no charge.
For cancellations, no refund will be provided within 1 to 10 business days prior to the scheduled class start date. The student may however, change their class reservation as follows.
For any changes made from 10 through 4 business days in advance of the start of a class, DNM Technology has the right to assess a €100 rescheduling fee.
For any changes made 3 business days or less in advance of the start of a class, DNM Technology has the right to assess a €300 rescheduling fee
