Job description
We are looking for a SQL Server Reporting Specialist. This is a permanent full time role based onsite here in DNM to work with our BI group.
Role:Working as part of a team you will be focusing on business intelligence and reporting activities in general, and focusing in particular on different elements in the Microsoft BI, using existing OLTP databases as the source. You will develop reports using SSRS (SQL Server Reporting Services) and you will analyse customer's Business Intelligence requirements, and then document complex processes in a clear and concise fashion.
Required Skills/experience:
- Microsoft Certification
- Strong Microsoft SQL Server 2005/2008 skills
- Prior experience of business intelligence / data warehousing
- Some expertise in the Microsoft BI stacks (Microsoft SSRS, SSAS, SSIS)
- Experience of database design methodologies (Normalised and Dimensional) or of data migration
